Our superior quality, totally traditional biltong is made with 1st grade, hormone and antibiotic-free Portuguese free-range beef silverside, marinated for 3 days with non-irradiated, slow roasted crushed coriander, Portuguese flor du sal, a bit of ground black pepper, Safari brown vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and allowed to air-dry naturally.
Our biltong is guaranteed to be completely FREE of gluten, MSG, artificial flavour- & colorants, anti-oxidants, nitrates, preservatives, phosphates and other k@k.
